Chocorua Valley: Picturesque, tranquil and luxurious!  Adventure to the high rural valley that is most similar to Cades Cove, yet outside the National Park.  One of the least traveled and most beautiful areas of our mountain community is the setting for this home, which sits on the edge of a valley at the base of English Mountain, and have paved road access for those of you who don't want to leave the blacktop.  

     Walking up the 3 steps, then down 1 step to the front and side wrap around deck, you enter into the Kitchen/Dining Area with a large oak dining table w/6 chairs, a 4-eye electric range w/oven, automatic dishwasher, 10-cup 'drip' coffee-maker, a full-size Frostfree refrigerator w/freezer section, 2-slice Proctor Silex toaster, Proctor Silex mixer, Black & Decker blender, & two bar stools,  and a portable AM/FM CD & cassette player.
     
     To your left as you walk in the door is the Living Area with queen-size sleeper sofa, two rocking chairs, an arm chair, a 2nd armchair, 2 end tables, 1 coffee table w/lamp, another coffee table, a TV stand w/19" color TV & VCR, stacked-stone wood burning fireplace w/mantle.

     Walking down the hall your 1st left is Bedroom #1 with a queen-size bed, a mysterical 2-drawer nightstand, a 5-drawer dresser and closet.  Your first right is the 2nd bedroom with a hand-crafted twin-size tree bed, and an end table.  Your 2nd right is the utility room w/82 gallon water heater.  Your last right is a full bath w/commode, vanity & bathtub w/shower.  Your next left is the Master Bedroom with a brass queen-size bed, 1 end table w/lamp, another end table, 8-drawer dresser w/mirror, and a luggage table at the foot of the bed. There is a Private Bath area with a vanity, commode, and a 2-person jacuzzi bath (w/showerhead).

     On the front & side wraparound deck is a gas BBQ, patio table w/5 chairs, park bench, with a HOT TUB under a gazebo at one end, and a picturesque view all around!
